Is it safe to eat products that contain Omega-3 fish oil, like dairy products or peanut butter or generally anything that says it’s in there, because of the possibility of mercury? I am on the autistic spectrum, which makes me especially awry, because autistics tend to accumulate mercury in their bodies more than regular folk.
I’m especially curious about organic milk containing DHA Algal Oil, which is a source of Omega-3s. Could this have mercury?
