Five Natural Ways to Fight Wrinkles
A good diet that is high in protein and fish oils, low in carbohydrates is a terrific way to enjoy healthy lifestyle. For many of us, looking healthy is as important as being healthy. This includes trying to find natural ways to reduce the wrinkles on our face!
1. One easy way to help reduce the creation of wrinkles is to add oils to your foods or eat a lot of fish or take high potency fish oil supplements.. Purified fish oil and Flaxseed are full of Omega 3 fatty acids that can help with wrinkles and many other ailments as well. It is easy to add the oils to any dish such as vegetables, smoothies, and even bread. Adding Omega-3 fatty acids will help you skin cells stay moist and plumb, hopefully hiding those wrinkles.
2. Did you know that turkey is a great source for Vitamin B? Vitamin B has been shown to helps prevent wrinkles. There are lots of Vitamin B supplements and of course you can also add turkey as a regular part of your diet. Most grocery stores sell turkey breast and ground turkey which are both a lot easier to cook that a whole turkey.
3. Sticking to the recommended amount of green leafy vegetables such as salad and spinach is a great way to hydrate your skin. Green leafy vegetables contain lutein that helps give the skin its essential antioxidant mechanism maintain skin hydration and elasticity.
4. If you like beans they you are in luck as beans are high in antioxidants. Red beans in particular have plenty of antioxidants to replace the collagen. Also, beans are cheap and easy to prepare.
5. A lesser know procuct for healthy skin is the Goji Berry. This berry more vitamin C that an orange. Plus it has other antioxidants such as vitamin B1, B2 and Vitaman E as well. All these vitamins help with health skin cell reproduction. While the Goji Berry is not always available, it is worth looking for and giving it a try.
Many people also overlook the health benefits of water, PLAIN water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 – 8 ounces of pure water a day. No, coffee and cola’s do NOT count as water consumption. Getting plenty of water helps your skin stay hydrated and flexible.
