Ideal dosage of fish oil for rheumatoid arthritis?
Does anyone know what would be an estimate ideal dosage of fish oil for rheumatoid arthritis? The fish oil capsule which I’m starting to take has 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA in one capsule. I’ve search and read around but I’m not very sure how it works.

The above website says:"Rheumatoid Arthritis 1000 mg (2 capsules) containing 600 mg EPA/DHA, twice a day "
http://www.naturalproductsmarketplace.com/articles/531training.html
And this one above says:
Effective dosage for RA is approximately 375 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 250 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), with 625 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, twice daily.
Just tell me how many capsules I’m supposed to take after each meal a day. Thanks in advance.
One or two Omega 3 fish oil capsules after meals is what i
take, it does help and also cuts back a bit on cholesterol!
